Center City Infill Development Workshop

Tomorrow the Center City Development Office, sponsored by the Urban Land Institute, will be hosting a half-day workshop for developers, design professionals, and real estate attorneys interested in developing and facilitating development in the center city. “This workshop is an opportunity for developers and real estate professionals to meet key city staff,  learn more about how the Center City Development Office can assist through the Center City Housing Incentive Policy and Inner City Reinvestment Infill Policy and get answers to commonly asked questions,“ emphasizes Lori Houston, Center City Development Office Director. Additionally, educational workshops such as this one are “part of Center City Developments Office's mission to facilitate development and redevelopment in downtown.” The workshop will take place at the Witte Museum Prassel Auditorium located at 3801 Broadway on June 7, 2013. The fee for the workshop is $25 and includes a light breakfast and workshop materials. If there are still openings available, there will be on-site registration offered at 8 a.m. The workshop will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. and last until 11:30 a.m. Register here.
