Internship

We appreciate the dose of fresh enthusiasm and skill set that student interns bring to Lake|Flato. Generally four to six positions are offered to talented and motivated students throughout the year. These paid positions range from a minimum of six to twelve months and are open to architecture students and recent architecture school graduates. Graduates with an accredited professional degree are not eligible for our internships and should instead reach out to our full-time employment team: employment [at] lakeflato.com.  The goal of our internship program is to integrate students as much as possible into the practice of architecture.  Student interns assist project teams and may gain experience with schematic design, virtual and physical model making, construction documents in Revit, etcetera.  While we do informally train interns, the more skills they initially bring to the table, the quicker we can integrate their skills into specific projects.
