BETTER KNOW AN LF'ER: ANA LOZANO

Professional. Responsible. Pleasant. Thoughtful. Poised. At every turn, Ana has been a joy to know and work with during her time here at LF. I am thankful for the many ways she contributed to our projects and – importantly for me – my family. All the Rickels girls will miss her dearly and look forward to a hopeful return to San Antonio upon graduation! - Brandi Rickels Secretly the IDEA Public Schools Headquarters Building and the Texas Military Institute teams wished we could have cloned Ana during her time here. She quickly proved herself invaluable to both teams, and over the last six months we have been playing tug-of-war with her. Ana is an incredibly fast learner, a creative thinker and has an eye for meticulous level of detail. She came on board to the IDEA HQ team during design development through construction documents. Ana constantly surprised me by how gracefully she took on unclear or difficult tasks, that were well beyond her level of experience. All the while she came to work every day with a skip in her step and smile on her face, even when faced with days of reviewing door and window schedules with me. We wish her the best of luck finishing her time at UT and hope to see her back in SA soon! - Seema Kairam Hometown: McAllen, Texas Years at LF: 6 months Favorite LF Project: Hotel San Jose, Pearl Brewery Achilles Heel: Chocolate Happiest Place: Anywhere outside on a nice day.
