Flake Lato: An Enduring Tradition

The foundation of Lake|Flato has been built on the fundamental belief in our people, importance of community, and connection to our natural environment. Since the firm's inception, we have furthered this foundation during our annual weekend family retreat to the Texas Hill Country. This tradition, which we call Flake Lato, remains as strong today as it was over 30 years ago, even as our family has grown over the years.
