Crystal Springs

Crystal Springs on the River is designed as mixed-use entertainment and residential development located along the Trinity River in the heart of Fort Worth, TX. Crystal Springs offers direct access to over 65 miles of jogging trails, river front views and a scenic gateway park in a unique urban location. The site historically is credited with being the home to where Texas Swing music was invented in the 1930’s. The design mixes indoor and outdoor spaces for the entertainment component with views of the Trinity River and Park.
