Cloud 9 Ranch

This north-Texas ranch house and corporate retreat features four independent structures designed to navigate a tree-lined ridge separating pastureland and an adjacent valley. Each structure serves its own specific purpose: a primary residence, guesthouse, game room/living pavilion, and wine cellar/overlook. Breaking the design into multiple structures allows the project to frame outdoor rooms, collect breezes and integrate itself with the surrounding landscape. Most uniquely, it enables the owner to occupy just a single guest structure, or open up the entire compound for large family or corporate events.
