
With over twenty years of experience, Dan Stine AIA, CSI, CDT is a recognized global leader who has helped architecture firms around the world manage design technology and implement BIM-based workflows, including daylighting analysis, early energy modeling, virtual reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR). Industry technology designers and vendors also look to Dan for thought leadership and advice, including his work to help create the Electrical Productivity Pack for Revit with CTC Software and on site software beta testing with Autodesk’s Shanghai China office. Committed to furthering the design profession, Dan teaches graduate architecture students at North Dakota State University (NDSU), has lectured at several universities, written 14 textbooks, and maintains a popular blog: BIM Chapters. He has presented at conferences around the world, including AIA-MN Convention, Lightfair, NVIDIA GPU Conference in Silicon Valley, Autodesk University, and RTC/BILT. Dan participates in several design software beta testing opportunities, which included spending a week at Autodesk’s Shanghai China office. He also writes blog posts for the popular architectural visualization software, Enscape.
